1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our support team will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@uoewrtm.us with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
